BALLET DEL RIO

Set at river level along the Guayas, where water and history flow in a perpetual dance, Ballet del Río is a fine dining restaurant that honors the richness of Ecuador’s coastal cuisine with a refined touch rooted in the Guayas region. Its name evokes the poised choreography of the river and the artistry present in every dish.
The sensorial experience begins with the atmosphere: marble tabletops, handwoven wicker lamps, and deep sea-blue ceramics create a space of coastal opulence and warmth. Here, mangrove, river and sea ingredients are reinterpreted into contemporary culinary expressions that respect tradition while embracing sophistication.
Designed for discerning palates, Ballet del Río is more than a restaurant — it is a curated Performance of local flavor, impeccable service, and design that narrates a sense of place.
Each dish tells a story; each evening becomes a memory shaped by taste and beauty. It’s a stage where Ecuador’s Pacific soul takes center stage.
